DOT Permits

We can obtain DOT permits for your job, as well as Embargo Waivers. DOT imposes construction embargoes during significant special events, such as the NYC marathon, parades, and winter holidays. During embargoes, all active permits in the affected area(s) are suspended and no new permits may be approved, unless a waiver for the work is granted by DOT. We have experience in obtaining these waivers and can assist you!

Effective Dates: Saturday, November 15th 2025 – Friday, January 2nd 2026

There is no deadline this year but we strongly recommend that you file your application now. Renewals will not be approved with out the approved waiver
