8-Hour Hoisting Machine Operator Refresher

This course is required to renew a Hoisting Machine Operator’s License. It must be completed within one-year of a license renewal.
Topics include, but not limited to: 
Crane and hoisting machine accidents.
Inspection of machinery and ropes.Maintenance and repair of machinery and ropes.
Reading plans.Crane and hoisting machine setup.Operating cranes and hoisting machinery.
Signaling and communication.Lifting loads.Operational aids and safety devices.

If your SST Card Expires in 2024, it’s time to renew!

Workers and supervisors must complete site safety training refresher courses before they can renew their cards. Refresher training must be taken no more than one year before applying for card renewal.
