THE DEFINITION OF A “MAJOR BUILDING” IN NEW YORK CITY WILL CHANGE IN LESS THAN 90 DAYS!

A major building will be defined as any existing or proposed building that is seven or more stories or 75 feet or more in height.
This means that any new building or full demolition will require a site safety plan and site safety coordinator.
