1. Serious Citation (new penalty: $13,653 per citation.)
2. Other-Than-Serious (new penalty: $13,653 per citation.)
3. Willful (new penalty: $136,532 per citation.)
4. Repeated (new penalty: $136,532 per citation.)
5. Posting Requirement (new penalty: $13,653 per citation.)
6. Failure to Abate (new penalty: $13,653 per day.)

The final rule is effective and the increases apply to any penalties assessed after January 15, 2021.
