Course Description: The OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in the construction industry. Specifically devised for safety directors, foremen, and field supervisors, the program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues.  This course is also required of Site Safety Managers, Coordinators, Superintendents and Competent Persons in NYC to obtain a Supervisor Site Safety Training Card (SSST).

Pre-requisites: There are no pre-requisites for this course.

Objectives: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to identify, abate, avoid and prevent job related hazards.  Students will receive a wallet-sized completion card.

 

Course Materials:  29 CFR 1926 OSHA Standards will be provided.

CEU’s: 3.0

Course Duration: 30 hours of training (not including class breaks).
